01. Digital Downloads & Assets
Due to the nature of digital goods, any product that grants instant downloadable access—such as the AI Tools Bundle + ChatGPT Prompts, UI/UX templates, or standalone digital files—is strictly non-refundable. Once the files are delivered to your email or downloaded, the sale is final.
02. 12-Week Course Enrollments
For our extensive learning roadmaps, including the 84-day MERN Stack Mastery course, we offer a 7-day refund window. If you feel the curriculum isn't right for you, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. However, if our system logs show that you have downloaded the proprietary assignment source code or completed more than 15% of the modules, the refund policy becomes void.
03. Cancellation & Refund Process
To initiate a valid refund request, you must email our support team at support@zerobound.com with your order invoice and registered email address. Once approved, the refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Card, or Net Banking) within 5-7 business days.
04. Technical & Server Issues
We pride ourselves on our Future-Ready Infrastructure. However, if you are completely unable to access your purchased content due to a proven, prolonged server failure on the ZeroBound platform, and our tech team is unable to resolve your access issue within 48 hours, a full refund will be initiated automatically.
